We offer Spravato® (esketamine) nasal spray, an FDA-approved treatment that works differently from traditional antidepressants and may provide another option for individuals struggling with depression.

What Is Spravato®?

Spravato® is a prescription nasal spray administered in a certified healthcare setting under medical supervision.

Unlike most traditional antidepressants, which primarily target serotonin, norepinephrine, or dopamine, Spravato® works on the brain's glutamate system.

Spravato® is FDA-approved for:

• Treatment-resistant depression (TRD) in adults who have not responded adequately to at least two antidepressant treatments.

• Depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder (MDD) with acute suicidal ideation or behavior, when used with an oral antidepressant.

Spravato® may be used alone or with an oral antidepressant for treatment-resistant depression.
